It was so good! Rich, thick and creamy! It was a quick and simple dish defiantly gonna make it again!
Ingredients:
- 1 package of GF Spaghetti pasta.
- 2 garlic cloves minced.
- 4 chives chopped.
- 3 tablespoons of salted butter.
- 2 tablespoons of Sorghum Flour Blend.
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- 2 1/2 cups of whole milk.
- 1 tablespoon of heavy cream (optional).
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- You can grill chicken or salmon to serve on top, but it's up to you.
Follow the directions on the Pasta box to cook the pasta. Once the Pasta is halfway done start on the sauce.
Saute the chives and garlic in a oiled large pan. Add the butter and let it melt. Mix the flour with a whisk until the butter and flour are a paste like texture. Pour in the milk and whisk until all is smooth. Add the Heavy cream, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes or until thick. Serve on top of the pasta and garnish with whatever you like! Enjoy!
