It's fresh and healthy not to mention it's really good! I made this for the first time with Dancing Dog, she loved it!
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces of gluten-free pasta.
- 1 ripe avocado.
- The juice of two limes.
- 1/4 cup minced cilantro.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Follow the directions on the pasta box to cook the pasta and set a side when done. In a food processor process all the remaining ingredients. Pour the avocado mixture from the processor over the warm pasta. Stir in a large bowl. Serve alone or with grilled chicken. Enjoy!
